Our Philosophy
At EVOLUTION we believe in finding ways that eating can be satisfying and movement is pleasurable. These are essential parts of overall health and wellness. Our dietitians empower patients to have a better relationship with food and their bodies. We focus is on realistic lifestyle changes and believe your best weight is whatever weight you reach living the healthiest life you actually enjoy. This requires proper education, commitment, and time. Our dietitians provide personalized nutrition advice based on scientific evidence. We work with the patient to address their unique health goals and preferences.
The furniture in our offices is supportive for diverse body sizes. All offices (except for our Bristol location) are handicap accessible and if the office is located off the ground level there are elevators available. Ample parking is available at all locations.

"Health At Every Size (“HAES”) is a weight-neutral approach to healthcare that promotes the pursuit of healthful behaviors (like eating vegetables, moving your body, getting enough protein, etc.) for the inherent health benefits of those behaviors, rather than for the explicit purpose of weight manipulation."
