Snack Box
Ingredients
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon jelly
- 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 turkey jerky stick
- 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled
Directions
- Spread peanut butter and jelly onto a slice of whole wheat bread. Cut into 2.
- Cut turkey jerky stick into 1 inch pieces.
- Wash strawberries, cut stems off, and cut in half.
- Assemble snack box with 2 squares of sandwich, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/4 cup of pistachios, and 1 chopped turkey jerky stick.
