Thundermist Health Center is now offering a size-inclusive health care team to provide patient-centered, compassionate health care. Size-inclusive health care focuses on health and wellness of people of all shapes and sizes. They work to help reduce the negative attitudes and thoughts about weight and focus on improving overall health.
If you are ready to focus on health and:

  • Have support coping with weight-based stigma or bullying.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Servings: 1
Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin, canned
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 – 1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
 
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Add additional milk or ice to achieve desired consistency.
