Grilled Watermelon Salad
Servings: 4
 
Ingredients
 
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 large watermelon, cut into 1 inch pieces 
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled 
2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
Dash of salt and black pepper


Preparation
  
1. Brush the watermelon pieces with olive oil. Grill for two minutes on each side over medium flame.
2. Transfer watermelon to plate.
3. Sprinkle cheese, mint leaves, salt, and black pepper on watermelon.
4. Serve and enjoy!
 
 
Serving Size:  approximately 1 cup
